Hayward Hose Adapter (AXV098)
The hose adapter is a replacement part that was made by Hayward from the same high-quality materials used to manufacture the original factory part. Making this a genuine OEM product.
This hose adapter was created to work with the skimmer as well as the leaf canister which is an extra add-on that is not sold with the cleaner. This works with the skimmer by attaching to the hose connector keeping the cleaner’s hose from contacting its edge, this would wear on the hose and potentially cause further damage requiring it to be replaced a lot sooner than expected.
This piece of hose is an off-white color and about 4 in length so that way it can fit any skimmer that may be installed with the pool’s system. This can also be used to install the leaf canister, sold separately from the suction cleaner. This hose adapter is designed to use with Hayward Navigator and Pool Vac Ultra and Plus automatic suction in-ground pool cleaner models 925, 2025V, 2025CS, and 2025 and is compatible with Hayward Leaf Canister models V096, W530, and W560.
