The brush ring kit (including the vacuum skirt) is a replacement part that was made by Pentair. The same high-quality materials were used to manufacture the original factory part. Making this a genuine OEM product.
This brush ring kit was designed to be a vital part of the cleaning process which has made this one of the more popular cleaners on the market. Its purpose is to brush the algae and dirt off the surfaces of the pool such as the bottom and walls.
The part is white with black brushes that run along the bottom edges of the plastic. A cool thing about this kit is that it includes the vacuum skirt that’s attached to the lower body and acts like a gasket or protective cover from the brush ring which moves around vigorously as the cleaner operates, this way it doesn’t add any additional wear or cause any damage to the cleaners lower body.
