The lift brush is a replacement part that was made by Pentair. The same high-quality materials were used to manufacture the original factory part. Making this a genuine OEM product.
This lift brush is a key component in this suction cleaner’s maneuverability and ability to get out of any trouble spots like corners, steps, drains, and even the walls and waterline. It also helps in the cleaning process as it brushes up the algae and dirt along with the center brush kit and of course the biggest of the bunch, the brush ring kit.
This part is white and has black bristles on its end just like the center brush kit does however it is different as there is an elongated piece that runs off its end with a hollow center and that is for the lift brush spring which gives the part the ability to raise and lift after a certain period which rotates the cleaner in order to send it in a different direction. The lifting brush also gets this power of elevation from the idler gears and cam kit.
