Pentair Kreepy Krauly Great White / Dorado Oscillator Assembly Kit (GW9503)
The oscillator assembly kit is a replacement part that is made by Pentair. They used the same high-grade materials that were used to make the original factory parts. Making them genuine OEM products.
The oscillator is a very special and important piece to these suction cleaners as its purpose is to move back and forth at a high rate of speed so about 500 oscillations per minute and the amount of vibration created by this fast movement moves the bristles which helps clean the surface, while also moving the cleaner itself along with it.
The oscillator assembly is made up of a few different parts, so they are not all the same size or color but all work in conjunction with one another to bring life to the cleaner and the cleaning process. Two oscillator seals are sold separately from this assembly if ever lost or damaged, these parts are white and rest in the outside slots of the oscillator. Great troubleshooting tip if the cleaner is climbing the walls and out past the waterline, could be because the oscillator is moving too fast, you can correct this by adjusting the speed of flow from the regulator that sits on the skimmer.
