The wall fitting – valve assembly is a replacement part that was made by Pentair. The same high-quality materials were used to manufacture the original factory part. Making this a genuine OEM product.
This valve was designed so the pool water can flow from an auxiliary passage and out of the feed hose assemblies, while it is also set to open at a predetermined set pressure to protect the other parts or equipment from being subjected to pressures that exceed their design limits.
This part is grey and can be found in the bottom center of the wall fitting adapter which also sits on the end of the wall fitting that connects to the return line on the wall of your pool.
