Pentair Kreepy Krauly Legend / Platinum Feed Hose – Grey Soft – 7 ft. (LLD50PM)
The feed hose (soft) – 7 ft is a replacement part that was made by Pentair. The same high-quality materials were used to manufacture the original factory part. Making this a genuine OEM product.
This is the part of the hose kit that attaches to the feed mast or head of the pressure cleaner. It is made from a softer rubber and plastic composite which allows more movement for the cleaner to operate with when cleaning or needing to back itself out of any trouble areas like the steps or walls.
The feed hose – soft is a lighter grey so it’s very easy to tell it apart from the other half of the hose kit which also goes by the same name of feed hose which is also gray. This part of the hose connects to the back-up valve and also connects to the other sections of the soft feed hose via the feed hose swivel and mender nut all of which help supply the high-pressure water needed to power the cleaner from the booster pump to the Kreepy Krauly Legend. A cool tip when installing this hose is to use the telepole (or your pool pole) to measure the deepest part of your pool. Then mark it so that way you can set the soft hose next to it and cut the hose to the same length. Give your cleaner the proper length of hose to operate efficiently.
