These lock washers are designed to slide on to the 8 axle bolts that help lock in the axles to ensure they are not able to move. If they were to move or adjust in any way this would ultimately disrupt the cleaning process. Making the pressure side cleaner in-effective.
These washers are a copper-like color making them very easy to identify and there are 8 needed for this cleaner. There are also 8 axle bolts needed to lock the axle into the frame. These parts can deteriorate over time or can be lost due to their small and thin sized capacities. If you’re having trouble locating or identifying them just refer to the parts diaphragm here on the site or in your owner’s manual that came with the cleaner.
