This is a replacement basket designed specifically for Pentair In-Floor(A&A) QuikSkim Ultra skimmer. This product was made to catch the debris that is skimmed off the top surface of the water and makes its way to this skimmer. It prevents the debris from making its way to your filtration. This basket will fill up over time, especially in a heavy, debris-filled yard, so you want to empty it at least one or two times a week depending on how dirty your pool gets.
Pentair In-Floor(A&A) QuikSkim features a unique, patented anti-entrapment design that ensures complete safety for you and your family. Because QuikSkim is venturi-powered, its skimming power comes from return water, not the pool pump. This not only means this is an incredibly efficient skimmer, but it is also the safest way to keep your pool clean.
