Zodiac Ranger/ Wahoo Slotted Disc (W70485)
The slotted disc is a replacement part made by Zodiac for the Barracuda Ranger/Wahoo suction side cleaners. It is made from the same high-grade rubber material as the original OEM factory part.
This part was designed to lead in the fight against dirt, debris, leaves, and algae that run amuck along the surface of your pool year in and year out. The disc sweeps up dirt and algae off the surface of the pool kind of like a broom does on the surface of your home (minus the algae). This also moves the debris and dirt toward the center of the cleaner to be sucked up and out into your filtration system.
The slotted disc is purple with round holes that run along each edge. It also provides greater maneuverability for the cleaner while also creating better suction power to pull up a larger range of debris and mulch off your pool’s surface. One major thing to notice with this item, it has an indicator on the top side which designates which side should be facing up when installing making replacing this item a breeze!
