The cup assembly is a replacement part made by Zodiac. It is made from the same high-grade plastic material as the original factory part. Making this a genuine OEM product.
This is another crucial part needed in the engine assembly and it sits over the inner extension pipe. It then screws into the outer extension pipe allowing no movement or interference ensuring the cleaner is able to function and operate.
This part is black in color and has arrows that designate which side of the part should be facing up, the threaded side of this part should be near the bottom facing south. This allows for easy location and installation. It has an opening through the middle intended to allow dirt and debris to be pushed through and out into the filtration system.
